In 2011, the Harrigans5k event accomplished the Miami Valley’s first-ever 5k race flyover. We tried to swing an Air Force fighter, but failed … fortunately our friends happen to own a chopper and treated us all to that fly-over.
They also donated a fabulous helicopter tour of Green County as a 2011 door prize – we don’t yet know if that will happen again this year but if it does, we’ll let you know right away.
Conditions permitting, our very own Harrigans5k Chopper One may make a return appearance for 2012.
